When your facility is in need of prompt service, your call will always be answered by our courteous staff members during business hours of 7:30 am until 5:00 pm (EST). After regular hours, a fail safe 24-HOUR call center is in place to guarentee prompt after hours service. If automated dispatch is your preference, we are setup to accept all modes of electronic dispatching and billing.
